At Beyond by Vera, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new garment doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange eligible items within 14 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all designer tags attached; items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
Ship the Items
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects and approves the return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
